There are a lot of options out there to treat psychological disorders, but the problem is often identifying these options and then figuring out how to pursue them. For that reason, the following pages attempt to communicate some basic info on medication and talk therapy, the primary ways that psychological disorders are treated. The pages try to answer the questions of what meds and therapy are, what types are out there, how they work, and where they are available. We also put together one page covering hospitalization, which isn’t usually a typical step in the recovery process, but can be an essential one for many individuals.
